THE FOUNDERS TABLE ✷ Personal Branding Sprint
A personal brand can be an asset ↘
So why does yours feel like stressful guesswork?
Sound familiar? ↘
You never know what to post.
Everytime you sit down to make content all hyou hear is crickets.
Motivated for two weeks, then it disappears.
You post consistently for a bit and then life happens and suddenly you've ghosted socials for 6 months.
You could do it for literally anyone else.
But you're too close to see it for yourself. You're either stuck, a perfectionist or completely lost.
You're posting for the sake of posting.
Without a decided point of view, nothing you post today builds on what you posted yesterday. So what's it actually for?
Slightly cringe at the idea of a "personal brand."
All the advice out there is influencer-y, and none of it lets you feel like you.

Every day you’re stuck is another day you stay your industry's best kept secret.
Good News:
You don’t have a Content Problem.
You have a Clarity Problem.
Right now you could post every day and still feel like you're getting nowhere, because you're measuring by output instead of direction.
The Founders Table gives you six weeks to decide what you're building, then the deadline and accountability to actually act on it. You leave knowing exactly what you want to be known for and how to say it everywhere, every time.
Picture this:
You're not second-guessing every post.
You're just posting on purpose.
→ Decide the point of view you're actually known for
You start building a reputation for your expertise and are finally standing out because you know what makes you different.
→ Leave with a repeatable system for generating ideas
No more staring at a blank page every time you go to post. Every idea has somewhere to go, and every post finally has a job to do.
→ Start building a signature series that's actually yours
And map what belongs in your world, beyond just your expertise. People stop scrolling past and start looking forward to what’s next.
→ Walk away with a plan for keeping it going after the cohort ends
The most important part is you put it into action. You’ll have an accountability plan to turn the ideas into action from day 1.
HERE’S WHAT THAT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE:
[ HOW WE’LL GET YOU THERE ]
The Curriculum↘
WEEK ONE:
Deciding What You Want to Be Known For (And Why)
Not your job title, but the reputation you want to build. Your why matters too. Whether you want grow a following, land more clients, charge more because you're seen as a leader in your space or open new opportunities.
WEEK TWO:
Your Point of View
You're not the only one in your space, but you're the only one with your specific point of view. When you have heaps of competitors talking about the same industry, your POV is what makes you stand out and is what will attract your ideal audience who actually shares your values.
WEEK THREE:
Content Pillars, Reverse-Engineered
Your point of view could fuel a magnum opus on a handful of topics. We reverse-engineer a few pillars that defend or illustrate what you want to be known for, so every post builds your reputation instead of being random.
WEEK FOUR:
Your Idea Engine
Having pillars doesn't mean you'll never run dry — this week's about building a way to keep turning what you already know into new ideas, so you're not starting from a blank page every time.
WEEK FIVE:
Building Your Personal Brand World
What belongs in your content beyond your expertise? We map the adjacent interests, references, and taste that reinforce your point of view without being about your topic directly — the layer that makes your pillars feel like a person, not a portfolio.
WEEK SIX:
Locking In Your Plan + Accountability
This week's about execution — locking your format, platform, and cadence, whether that's a signature series or just a plan you'll actually stick to. Then we set a goal the whole group holds you accountable to, so the six weeks ends with action.
A finalised week by week breakdown will be shared with the waitlist before doors open.
Even the best get stuck here.
Hi, I'm Eimear, founder of Coffey Media, where I build brand worlds for personality packed brands. This cohort is that same thinking, pointed at a harder subject: you.
So many founders come to me looking for help with their personal brand and there's a pattern across almost all of them. They're great at what they do, they know a personal brand can be an asset, but they don't have the clarity and accountability to say it consistently online.
So I built Founders Table to give you exactly that — a clear framework and enough accountability to get out of your head and into action.
I'd love for you to have a seat at the table.
This you? ↘
A solo service provider whose clients book you, not just a service.
The person who's genuinely great at what they do but has no visibility.
The founder who's built something great and wants a personal brand to go alongside it.
The person whose personal brand is the business.
The person who's been meaning to "start posting" for over a year.
You’re doing a little bit of everything and you’re the only through line.
The consultant who's grown entirely on referrals but has bigger goals.
The founder with a fully-branded company and zero personal presence.
"But will this actually work for someone like me?"
Yes, the only requirement is that you want to post online as yourself. Everything we work on will be customised to you and your goals.

Personal branding for founders who've already tried all of the hacks.
( Why this actually works )
Clarity, not tactics. We start with your point of view, not a content calendar. Everything after this only works because it comes first.
Live accountability. A real deadline, and nine other people expecting you to show up — not a self-paced backlog you can quietly let slide.
A room, not a course. You're too close to your own positioning to see it clearly — perfectionism and overthinking take over. An extra set of eyes, and minds who aren't standing where you're standing, are what actually get you from stuck in your head to posted.
The same thinking I use with brand clients. Just pointed at a harder subject: you.
This assumes you have a life. You're building a brand, not quitting your job to become a full-time creator. No pressure to post constantly — just clarity, so what you do post works.
