Our team started by revamping Chouchou's social media strategy, creating a cohesive aesthetic that reflected the brand's “IT Girl” vibe. We crafted captivating captions and engaging copy that resonated with Chouchou's audience, resulting in a significant increase in followers from 5k to 22k on Instagram alone.

To position Chouchou as the next "IT brand” we identified and collaborated with key influencers with loyal and engaged communities. By leveraging the power of influencer marketing, we were able to connect Chouchou with a highly engaged and relevant audience, ultimately driving sales and brand awareness. This included partnering with Joely Malcolm for a photoshoot, leveraging her audience to achieve product launch success.

Merch Design
We believe that every brand needs merch that is as cute and charming as the products it sells. That’s why we designed a totes-adorable tote bag for Chouchou die-hards to flaunt on the streets. We also took some cute, aesthetic and street style photos for promotion.

Packaging Design
We are on a mission to make great brands, one sticker at a time. The IRL customer experience starts with packaging and it gives your customers a reason to share.
For Chouchou’s Christmas Campaign, we produced packaging thoughtful enough to delight customers and cute enough to be used as gift wrap. Custom tissue wrap, seal stickers, note card, two custom sticker sheets and a custom packing tape.
We don’t mean to brag, but the Post Office ladies were big fans & said the tape was the cutest they’ve ever seen (we agree).

Launch Marketing
Campaign
We had so much fun leading and producing this campaign to celebrate the re-launch of Chouchou’s fan fav Bettie knicker! For this launch, we were in a unique position where Chouchou’s customers already knew and loved the O.G. Bettie knicker. We just had to build hype for her return and her new look (including a matching bralette).
The “Where’s Bettie?” Campaign comprised of retro news reporting from the founder, custom ‘The Chouchou Times’ newspaper design + much more fun assets!
Additionally, we implemented a Lucky Ticket scheme to encourage purchases over the month of teasing, in case a few customers may hold out for the launch.
The campaign successfully primed the audience and built hype around her new look. We’ve seen engagement as high as 6.74% (industry average is 1.29%)! During the week leading up to the launch, we’ve achieved an average of 3.6% engagement (more than DOUBLE industry benchmarks).
